Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for overseas clients. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating candidates for international placements across healthcare, technical, hospitality, construction, and other sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for overseas job requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and foreign clients.
- Verify candidate documents.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases..
- Assist in documentation for visa processing and emigration formalities.
- Follow up with candidates until deployment.
- Maintain strong client coordination and ensure timely submission of CVs.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
