Achira Labs is a Bengaluru-based point-of-care diagnostics company building microfluidics and rapid-test platforms (μFluidix, QuantALFA, USelect). We’re looking for a sharp, fast-learning marketing intern to help us turn around brand-consistent marketing content quickly — from video edits to AI-assisted collateral to day-to-day digital marketing execution.
This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy role. You’ll work closely with the founder/CEO and get direct exposure to how a health-tech company builds its brand from the ground up.
What you’ll do
Shoot, edit, and assemble short-form video content (explainers, product demos, social clips) for sales and marketing use.- Use AI tools (including Claude Code and similar LLM-based workflows) to generate and adapt marketing collateral — decks, one-pagers, social assets — consistent with our brand guidelines.
- Support day-to-day digital marketing: social media scheduling and posting, basic analytics tracking, light copywriting.
- Maintain brand consistency across all materials (colors, typography, tone) using our existing templates and style guides.
- Take rough direction and turn it into a finished, on-brand deliverable quickly.
What we’re looking for
Comfortable editing video (VN, Premiere, or similar) — portfolio or sample reel welcome.- Genuinely fluent with AI tools day-to-day (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) — you don’t need prior Claude Code experience specifically, but you should be someone who reaches for AI tools naturally and picks up new ones fast.
- Basic familiarity with digital marketing fundamentals (social platforms, simple analytics, content calendars).
- Sharp eye for visual consistency and detail — you notice when something’s off-brand.
- Fast turnaround instinct — comfortable with short deadlines and iterative feedback.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, design, media, or related field (freshers welcome — skills matter more than credentials).
Nice to have
Any prior exposure to a design tool (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite).- Interest in health-tech / life sciences.
