Provincial Automobile Co. Pvt. Ltd. (Mahindra) is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, handling customer feedback, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with various departments to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Conduct customer satisfaction and service feedback calls.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM data.
- Follow up with customers regarding vehicle servicing and delivery.
- Address customer concerns and complaints effectively.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and other departments for issue resolution.
- Maintain daily and monthly customer interaction reports.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention levels.
- Support customer engagement and loyalty initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM Software).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
