About the Role
Niraamaya Retreats Surya Samudra is offering Housekeeping On-the-Job Training, giving students structured exposure to room and public area maintenance standards expected of a luxury wellness property.
Learning Areas & Responsibilities
Assist in room cleaning, turndown service, and maintaining 5-star cleanliness standards
Support linen and laundry management processes
Learn public area and back-of-house maintenance protocols
Understand inventory control for housekeeping supplies and amenities
Support setup for wellness-program guest rooms with specific requirements (aromatherapy, Ayurveda-aligned amenities, etc.)
Learn safety, hygiene, and guest privacy standards
Eligibility
Currently pursuing or completed a diploma/degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality
Basic coursework understanding of housekeeping operations
Attention to detail and physical stamina for active work
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends
