Job Summary:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. This role involves providing HR guidance, implementing people strategies, and ensuring the workforce is engaged, compliant, and performing at its best.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Partnership
Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and provide HR solutions aligned with business strategy.
Act as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design.
Drive change management initiatives to support business transformations.
2. Talent Management
Partner with leaders to identify skill gaps, succession planning, and career development needs.
Support recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and onboarding processes.
Promote employee engagement and retention programs.
3. Performance Management
Guide managers on performance evaluation processes, goal setting, and feedback mechanisms.
Identify high-potential employees and support talent development initiatives.
Address performance-related issues proactively in collaboration with leadership.
4. Employee Relations
Provide guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Foster a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives.
5. HR Analytics & Reporting
Track HR metrics such as turnover, employee satisfaction, and performance trends.
Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Monitor and implement HR process improvements.
6. Learning & Development
Identify learning needs and partner with L&D teams to design programs.
Support leadership development and training initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partnering role.
Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
