Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle (end-to-end hiring).
- Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and plan recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews (telephonic/virtual/in-person).
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up for feedback.
- Handle salary negotiations and offer rollouts.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions within deadlines.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare and share recruitment reports and metrics (time-to-hire, closures, etc.).
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and meet deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Familiarity with job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
- Good understanding of HR policies and practices.
- Analytical mindset with ability to track recruitment metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred).
Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in bulk hiring and lateral hiring preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
