Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily administrative operations and office activities.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, and office records.
- Provide timely updates and reports to the HR department.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Monitor office discipline and report concerns to HR.
- Maintain records of company assets and ensure proper tracking.
- Assist in employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility requirements.
- Schedule meetings and maintain administrative documentation.
- Support management with administrative reports and data as required.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
