Key Responsibilities
- Handle hot and cold calling to generate and convert admissions leads
- Counsel prospective students/parents regarding courses, programs, and admission procedures
- Follow up regularly with leads and maintain strong engagement throughout the admission cycle
- Develop strategies to maximize monthly admissions and sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
- Research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Coordinate with the marketing team and share insights about lead quality and campaign performance
- Generate leads whenever required through various online/offline channels
- Prepare and maintain sales and marketing reports
- Update lead details and activities in CRM systems
Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-making
- Experience in sales calling, telecalling, or admissions counselling
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Interest or knowledge in chess is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹51,000.00 per month
