We are looking to hire 2 Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our growing digital and technology team. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, outreach, and identifying business opportunities for web, app, and AI-driven solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in B2B lead generation and business development
- Hands-on experience with:
- Apollo AI
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Lusha
- Hunter.io
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of:
- Website development
- Mobile app development
- AI-driven solutions and automation services
- Ability to research prospects, identify decision-makers, and generate qualified leads
- Experience with email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, and CRM updates
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Apollo, databases, and online research
- Build prospect lists and maintain lead data accuracy
- Conduct cold outreach via email and LinkedIn
- Coordinate with sales and project teams for requirement understanding
- Schedule discovery calls and follow-ups with potential clients
- Maintain daily activity and lead reports
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of international markets (US, UK, Australia, Canada)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Excel reporting
- Strong internet research and communication abilities
Shift & Work Details:
- Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 4:00 AM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
