Job Summary
Zaxter International is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Officer to actively identify and engage customer prospects. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients in person, closing sales, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits
- Meet potential customers and present products/services
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct market research and track competitor activities
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales
- Maintain daily reports of visits, sales, and customer feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or a similar role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
- Valid driving license (preferred)
