Breakfast Chef – Cafe Miranda
Shift: 6:00 am – 12:00 pm
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook breakfast dishes as per Café Miranda standards
- Handle the kitchen independently during the breakfast shift
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation and quality
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards
- Manage prep, stock usage and kitchen organization
- Coordinate with the service team for smooth operations
Requirements:
- Previous café, restaurant or hotel kitchen experience preferred
- Knowledge of eggs, pancakes, sandwiches, waffles and basic café cuisine (would not be taught basic items)
- Ability to work independently and manage the kitchen alone
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Positive attitude and team player
- Punctual, reliable and committed to quality
