Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst – Market Research & Lead Generation who can identify potential business opportunities through market research, company profiling and B2B prospecting.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Apollo.io, Lusha, Hunter.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar lead-generation and data-enrichment tools.
This role is suitable for someone who enjoys online research, finding potential customers, identifying decision-makers and building accurate business databases.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market and industry research to identify potential business opportunities.
- Identify target companies based on industry, location, company size and business requirements.
- Generate qualified B2B leads using Apollo.io, Lusha, Hunter.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar platforms.
- Build, maintain and update accurate prospect databases.
- Verify and enrich company and contact information, including email addresses, phone numbers, designation and company details.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Analyse lead data and identify high-potential prospects.
- Segment leads based on industry, geography, company profile and other defined criteria.
- Support the Business Development/Sales Team with qualified leads and relevant market intelligence.
- Maintain daily and weekly lead-generation reports and MIS.
- Track lead quality and provide feedback to improve prospecting strategies.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all research and lead data.
Required Skills
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Research, Market Research, Lead Generation, Sales Research, Business Development Support or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Apollo.io, Lusha, Hunter.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools.
- Strong internet research and data-mining skills.
- Ability to identify companies and key decision-makers.
- Good knowledge of B2B lead generation and prospect qualification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
