Job Description: HR Executive / HR Manager – Recruitment
The HR Executive/Manager will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment operations for clients. The role involves talent sourcing, screening, onboarding support, client coordination, and ensuring delivery of high-quality recruitment solutions within defined timelines.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles
- Understand client hiring requirements and develop role-specific job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels including job portals, professional networks, social media, headhunting, and internal database.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary phone or video interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
- Maintain talent pipelines for recurring and high-volume mandates.
Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client business, culture, job requirements, and hiring priorities.
- Share regular recruitment status updates, reports, and performance metrics.
- Ensure high service standards and client satisfaction.
Candidate Engagement
- Conduct candidate briefings regarding job expectations, interview preparation, and company background.
- Maintain relationships with shortlisted candidates and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support in offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and joining confirmation.
HR Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain an updated recruitment database and MIS reporting.
- Track hiring progress, talent availability, conversion ratios, and closure timelines.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment process standards and compliance guidelines.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes specific to Hospitality or Real Estate sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sourcing & screening methods, including LinkedIn, job portals, and networking.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and roles simultaneously.
- Strong execution focus with the ability to deliver within deadlines.
- Good negotiation, relationship-building, and analytical abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–8 years of experience in recruitment.
- Experience working in a recruitment agency or consulting firm is preferred.
Work Environment
- Office-based or hybrid depending on business needs.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
