Aartaa Decor is looking for a skilled Stone Carving Artist / Stone Sculptor to join our product development and craftsmanship team.
We need a person who can transform raw stone into beautiful sculptures, decorative objects, artistic forms, and luxury décor elements through traditional hand carving and modern techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Carve and sculpt marble, sandstone, limestone, alabaster, granite and other natural stones.
- Create sculptures, figurines, floral forms, animal forms, abstract forms and decorative elements.
- Work from designer sketches, photographs, references and 3D models.
- Perform rough cutting, shaping, carving, detailing, sanding and finishing.
- Create custom stone components for lamps, furniture, sculptures and luxury décor products.
- Work closely with our 3D/Product Designers to convert digital designs into physical products.
- Maintain accurate proportions, dimensions and detailing.
- Handle stone-cutting and carving tools safely.
- Repair, refine and finish existing sculptures when required.
- Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and minimize material wastage.
We Are Looking For
Strong hands-on stone carving skills
Excellent understanding of 3D forms and proportions
Good artistic sense and attention to detail
Experience with marble or other natural stones
Ability to work from drawings and visual references
Ability to create both traditional and contemporary designs
Discipline, patience and willingness to learn

Salary
Up to ₹3 LPA
Final compensation will depend on experience, craftsmanship and skill level.
