Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process vendor invoices and employee expense reports in compliance with
company policies and timelines.
Maintain up-to-date vendor master data and ensure timely reconciliation of vendor statements.
Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to vendor queries in a professional
manner.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and reporting.
Support internal and external audits by preparing and providing required documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth procure-to-pay operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
0 to 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or finance operations.
Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP
systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and other MS Office tools.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Internship
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
