We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our growing IT company. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning, support staff and management, and act as a key point of coordination across teams. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced technology environment.
Office & Administrative Support
- Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain a well-organized work environment
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes when required
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
- Coordinate with IT teams (equipment, access, documentation)
- Track office IT assets such as laptops, accessories, licenses, and software subscriptions
- Liaise with vendors for IT services, office supplies, and maintenance
- Maintain employee records and confidentiality
- Support HR with leave tracking, attendance, and internal communications
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders
- Assist with budgeting and cost tracking for office-related expenses
- Coordinate with finance/accounting teams as needed
- Ensure health, safety, and security standards are met
- Coordinate office maintenance, cleaning, and utilities
- Support compliance with company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
NOTE: This is completly Onsite work profile.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
