At Finest Journeys, we are an experiential luxury travel specialist dedicated to showcasing India through authentic, immersive and unforgettable experiences. From majestic wildlife safaris and heritage palaces to intimate cultural encounters, river cruises and bespoke itineraries, we create journeys that reveal the true spirit of India with exceptional attention to detail and personalised service.
We're looking for a passionate, organised and detail-oriented Tour Operations Executive who shares our commitment to excellence and enjoys creating exceptional travel experiences from enquiry to journey completion.
What You'll Do
- Prepare inspiring, accurate and competitive travel quotations for luxury holidays across India.
- Design tailor-made itineraries that reflect each guest's interests, travel style and expectations.
- Coordinate reservations, supplier confirmations, costings and operational logistics with precision.
- Liaise with hotels, transport providers, guides and destination partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Interact with international travel partners and agents to provide timely information and operational support.
- Conduct product presentations and destination training for trade partners where required.
- Assist in developing new itineraries, unique experiences and signature journeys that showcase India's diversity.
- Maintain product information, pricing and operational documentation.
- Prepare monthly operational and sales reports while ensuring the highest standards of service.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who combines operational excellence with a genuine passion for travel.
You should have:
- A graduate degree.
- Experience in Tour Operations, Reservations, Costings, Front Office, Telesales or customer service, preferably within the Travel, Tourism or Hospitality industry.
- Excellent written and spoken English. Knowledge of Hindi, Marathi or Gujarati would be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of world geography and Indian destinations.
- Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple enquiries while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both clients and international partners.
- A proactive attitude, commercial awareness and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Certification as a Kiwi Specialist, Fundi Expert or other destination specialist programmes would be an added advantage.
