Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing & Outreach: Develop robust talent pipelines using professional platforms like LinkedIn, job portals (e.g., Naukri or Indeed or OLX), and industry networks.
- Screening & Evaluation: Review resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and evaluate candidates against specific job requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, draft optimal job descriptions, and provide feedback on interviews.
- Offer & Negotiation: Facilitate salary negotiations, draft offer letters, and handle employment contracts.
- Onboarding & Reporting: Guide new hires through the onboarding process and track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire) to optimize hiring strategies.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven work experience as a Recruiter or in similar HR and talent acquisition roles.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, CRM systems, and candidate databases.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills, alongside high ethical standards regarding confidentiality.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
