We are hiring a Business Development Executive to grow our IT company by acquiring domestic and international clients for Digital Marketing, AI Agents, Automation, and AI-Powered CRM solutions. The candidate will identify prospects, generate leads, handle client communication, create proposals, close deals, and build long-term business relationships. He is also responsible for developing systems, SOP and strategies for the Overall growth of the company.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads for IT, AI, CRM, and digital marketing services.
- Acquire international clients through LinkedIn, email, calls, and networking.
- Research target markets like USA, UK, Canada, UAE, and Australia.
- Understand client requirements, business goals, challenges, and project expectations.
- Present company services professionally to potential domestic and international clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and scope of work documents.
- Follow up with prospects regularly to convert leads into clients.
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and service packages with interested prospects.
- Maintain complete lead and client data in CRM software.
- Coordinate with technical, marketing, and automation teams for project estimation.
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and business networks.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities from existing clients.
- Track competitors, industry trends, and international business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
- Share daily and weekly sales reports with management.
- Develop SOP, Systems and Strategies for Business growth.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
