Spark & Ray Technocrats Private Limited is a leading provider of Industrial Automation solutions, serving customers across the Steel, Aluminium, Cement, Power, Automotive, Food Processing, Pharmaceutical, and General Manufacturing industries.
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Commercial & Sales Support Executive to support our Sales, Commercial, and Operations teams. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced B2B engineering environment.
Reporting To: Director – Sales & Business Development
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and professional techno-commercial quotations based on inputs received from the Sales team.
- Draft professional customer emails, technical correspondence, and commercial communications.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely execution of orders.
- Monitor order processing from receipt of Purchase Order through dispatch and delivery.
- Prepare professional Microsoft PowerPoint presentations for customer meetings, technical seminars, and product launches.
- Maintain quotation records, sales reports, order status, and customer databases.
- Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, delivery schedules, and documentation.
- Prepare Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Proforma Invoices, and other commercial documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, Purchase Orders, deliveries, and payment status.
- Assist the management team in preparing MIS reports, business presentations, and marketing documents.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of commercial records.
- Support day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Commercial, Accounts, and Logistics departments.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate or Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2–6 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Coordination, Customer Support, or Back Office functions, preferably in an engineering or industrial automation company.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong drafting skills for professional business correspondence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prepare professional business presentations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- A positive attitude with a strong customer service orientation.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in any of the following industries will be preferred: Industrial Automation, Pneumatics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Equipment, EPC Companies, Engineering Trading Companies, Experience with ERP or CRM software will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
