Role Overview
This role sits at the intersection of sales, client experience, and CRM discipline.
You will be responsible for handling inbound leads, managing client conversations, driving conversions, and maintaining CRM hygiene—ensuring no opportunity is lost and every client experiences a smooth, premium interaction.
This is not a passive backend role. You are expected to think, respond, and close.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management & Conversion
- Handle inbound leads from website, Instagram, and referrals
- Understand client requirements (space, style, budget)
- Recommend suitable lighting solutions with clarity and confidence
- Drive conversations toward closure (B2C + B2B)
2. CRM Management (Zoho CRM)
- Maintain accurate and updated lead records
- Track lead stages, follow-ups, and conversions
- Ensure zero lead leakage through disciplined follow-ups
- Generate basic reports on lead status and performance
3. Client Communication
- Communicate via call, WhatsApp, and email in a professional, structured manner
- Build trust with high-value clients (HNIs, designers, architects)
- Handle objections and guide clients toward decisions
4. Coordination with Internal Teams
- Work with design and production teams to align on client requirements
- Ensure timelines and commitments are clearly communicated to clients
5. Follow-ups & Relationship Building
- Timely follow-ups on all active leads
- Re-engage cold or dormant leads
- Build long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals
Key Skills Required
- Strong communication skills (spoken & written English + Hindi)
- Ability to understand design sensibilities (interiors, materials, aesthetics)
- Structured thinking and attention to detail
- Confidence in handling premium clientele
- CRM familiarity (Zoho preferred)
- High ownership and responsiveness

Compensation
- Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
