- Supervise and manage 33kV DP Yard installation, erection, and commissioning works
- Handle pole erection, conductor stringing, sagging, and alignment activities
- Ensure proper installation of transformers, isolators, CT/PT, breakers, and earthing systems
- Coordinate daily site activities with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
- Interpret and execute work as per approved drawings and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and statutory norms
- Monitor material usage, maintain stock records, and control site inventory
- Liaise with DISCOM / utility authorities for inspections, approvals, and shutdowns
- Prepare daily progress reports (DPR), measurement books, and completion documents
- Troubleshoot site-level electrical and technical issues
