What You Will DoOffice Accounts
- Record vendor bills and office expenses in Zoho Books.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
- Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash verification.
- Prepare customer invoices and monitor collections.
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding receivables.
- Assist in payroll accounting entries.
- Generate routine MIS reports.
- Provide accounting data and supporting information for GST and TDS compliance whenever required.
HR Operations
- Process monthly salary calculations.
- Calculate employee incentives accurately.
- Verify attendance and leave records before payroll processing.
- Maintain employee records and personnel documentation.
- Support routine HR administration activities.
Administration
- Coordinate housekeeping activities and ensure office cleanliness.
- Manage stationery inventory and office supplies.
- Track office renewals, subscriptions, and administrative due dates.
- Coordinate with vendors for routine office requirements.
- Maintain organised records for administrative activities.
What We Are Looking For
- B.Com, BBA, M.Com, or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience will be given preference.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Good numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Willingness to learn Zoho Books (training will be provided).
- Professional attitude with a disciplined approach to documentation.
- Ability to follow established systems while also suggesting practical improvements when appropriate.
