BlackBuck is hiring energetic and target-driven Business Development Executives (BDEs) to expand our customer base and strengthen relationships within the logistics and transportation industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Visit transporters, logistics companies, and fleet owners to promote BlackBuck services
* Explain products, pricing, and technology-driven logistics solutions to customers
* Generate leads and develop strong customer relationships
* Achieve monthly sales and business targets
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding
* Maintain daily and weekly activity reports
Eligibility Criteria
* Bike is mandatory
* 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree
* Field sales experience preferred
* Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Willingness to travel for field visits
* Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated and target-oriented candidates preferred
