We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Technician to join our dedicated Quality Control team. The ideal candidate will be a meticulous Quality Control Specialist responsible for conducting thorough inspections of 3D models and ensuring they align perfectly with architectural plans and specifications. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of 3d models created by design team to identify and document any discrepancies from the architectural plans and specifications.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining identified issues, including clear descriptions and references.
- Collaborate effectively with design team and client teams to ensure timely rectification of deficiencies.
- Assist with the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / a related field.
- 1 to 4 years of experience in an architectural setting (or internship experience).
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction documents.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
