Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee our online marketplace operations, manage product listings, inventory, pricing, promotional campaigns, and digital advertising to maximise online sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings across e-commerce platforms.
- Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, and images.
- Monitor inventory and stock availability.
- Update product pricing and promotional offers.
- Manage online advertising campaigns.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams.
- Handle order management and returns.
- Improve product visibility and conversion rates.
- Monitor customer reviews and ratings.
- Stay updated with marketplace policies and trends.
Required Skills
- Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, or similar platforms.
- Product listing and catalog management.
- Inventory and pricing management.
- Digital advertising knowledge.
- MS Excel proficiency.
- Analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Qualification
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce Management.
- Experience with online marketplaces and seller panels is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SEO for product listings.
- Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Marketplace account management.
- Sales analytics and reporting.
- Basic image editing knowledge.
