About the Role
Dacations Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Gardener to maintain and enhance the appearance of our office landscapes, gardens, lawns, and green spaces. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of plant care, landscaping, and gardening equipment, along with a passion for creating and maintaining healthy, attractive outdoor environments.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain lawns, gardens, flower beds, and landscaped areas.
Plant, water, fertilize, and prune trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plants.
Monitor plant health and identify pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies.
Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments safely and appropriately.
Mow grass, trim hedges, and remove weeds regularly.
Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems.
Ensure proper watering schedules and maintain irrigation systems.
Keep outdoor areas clean by removing leaves, debris, and waste.
Assist in planning seasonal planting and landscaping improvements.
Maintain inventory of gardening supplies and report requirements for tools, plants, and materials.
Follow company safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum high school education preferred.
1–3 years of experience in gardening, landscaping, or horticulture.
Knowledge of plant care, pruning techniques, soil management, and pest control.
Ability to operate gardening tools and equipment safely.
Physical fitness to perform outdoor work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Basic understanding of irrigation systems and landscape maintenance.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions
