About the Role
FFCE is looking for a proactive HR & Admin Executive to manage recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, and office administration while ensuring smooth day-to-day workplace operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and interview coordination.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records.
- Support attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Manage office administration, vendor coordination, and office supplies.
- Maintain HR MIS, employee files, and administrative documentation.
- Assist in employee engagement and HR initiatives.
Requirements
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR & Administration.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
