We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Trainer who can combine strong technical expertise with effective training and mentoring skills to deliver hands-on, industry-relevant learning experiences.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Agentic AI Trainer to design and deliver advanced training programs focused on Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, RAG, and AI-powered automation workflows.
The ideal candidate should have practical experience building AI agents and LLM-based applications and be comfortable explaining complex concepts through live coding, projects, demonstrations, and real-world use cases.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Training & Delivery
- Design and deliver instructor-led training sessions on Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, and AI automation.
- Conduct classroom and live online sessions for beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners.
- Deliver hands-on coding sessions, workshops, bootcamps, and project-based learning programs.
- Explain complex AI concepts in a simple, structured, and learner-friendly manner.
- Conduct live demonstrations and guide learners through end-to-end AI projects.
Curriculum & Content Development
- Develop and update course curriculum, presentations, coding exercises, assignments, assessments, and project-based learning modules.
- Design practical learning paths covering LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, tool calling, memory, orchestration, and multi-agent systems.
- Keep training content aligned with the latest developments in Agentic AI and Generative AI.
- Collaborate with the curriculum team to develop industry-oriented projects and capstone assignments.
Agentic AI Development
- Build and demonstrate AI Agents and Multi-Agent Systems using modern frameworks.
- Implement agent workflows involving planning, reasoning, tool usage, memory, retrieval, and task orchestration.
- Develop AI-powered applications integrating LLMs with external tools, APIs, databases, and business workflows.
- Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
- Design and implement RAG-based applications using vector databases and retrieval pipelines.
Learner Mentorship
- Mentor learners through projects, assignments, doubt-clearing sessions, and technical reviews.
- Provide constructive feedback and support learners in building portfolio-ready AI projects.
- Track learner progress through assessments and practical evaluations.
- Encourage problem-solving, experimentation, and hands-on learning.
Research & Innovation
- Stay updated with advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, AI automation, and emerging AI frameworks.
- Evaluate new AI tools, models, frameworks, and APIs for potential inclusion in training programs.
- Continuously improve training methodologies based on learner feedback and industry requirements.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS: Generative AI & LLMs
- Strong understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Prompt Engineering and structured prompting
- LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, or open-source models
- Function Calling / Tool Calling
- LLM application development
Agentic AI
- Strong hands-on experience with AI Agents and Agentic Workflows
- LangChain / LangGraph
- CrewAI / AutoGen / LlamaIndex / Semantic Kernel
- Multi-Agent System architecture
- Agent orchestration and workflow automation
- Agent memory and state management
- Tool and API integration
- Planning, reasoning, and autonomous task execution
RAG & Vector Databases
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Embeddings and semantic search
- Vector databases such as FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.
- Document processing and retrieval pipelines
- Hybrid / advanced retrieval concepts
Programming & Development
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with APIs and backend development
- REST APIs and third-party API integrations
- Git/GitHub
- Basic understanding of FastAPI / Flask
- Working knowledge of databases and SQL
Cloud & Deployment
- Basic to intermediate understanding of Docker and cloud deployment
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience deploying LLM/Agentic AI applications is an added advantage.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3–6 years of relevant industry experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, LLM application development, or Agentic AI.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience working with Generative AI / LLM-based applications.
- Proven experience building AI Agents, RAG systems, or Multi-Agent applications.
- Prior experience in training, teaching, mentoring, workshops, or corporate training is preferred.
- Candidates with strong industry experience and excellent technical communication skills are encouraged to apply.
