Job Overview:
We are hiring an experienced MSD 365 Portal Developer with strong expertise in Power Platform, Power Pages, and Dynamics 365 CE. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building and enhancing self-service portals, handling enterprise integrations, and working in a collaborative agile environment.
This role requires strong technical knowledge in portal customization, APIs, integrations, and solution optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain portals using Power Pages
- Work on Dynamics 365 CE-based solutions and integrations
- Convert business requirements and user stories into technical tasks using Azure DevOps
- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and solution validation
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems such as SAP, payment gateways, chatbots, and APIs
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and smooth data flow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, QA, and support teams
- Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer sessions
- Enhance and optimize existing portal and CRM solutions
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Power Platform development
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power Pages
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE
- Experience with Liquid Templates and portal customization
- Good understanding of REST APIs, integrations, and solution architecture
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
- Experience working on CRM and ERP integrations
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Contact Centre or IVR integrations
- Exposure to SAP integrations
- Understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise systems
Certifications Mandatory Certifications:
Good to Have:
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
