Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead nursing staff across departments.
- Ensure quality patient care, safety, and infection control.
- Plan duty rosters, staffing, and performance management.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and protocols.
- Maintain patient records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, departments, and hospital management.
- Manage inventory, resources, and budgeting.
- Train and guide nursing staff and ensure adherence to standards.
- Conduct interviews and hires nursing staff.
- Handle conflicts and resolve workplace issues.
- Ensure patient satisfaction and safety standards.
Requirements:
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM (M.Sc Nursing preferred for senior role)
- Valid nursing registration
- 5–8 years of experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
