Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and customer-friendly Helpdesk Executive to manage customer interactions at the mall helpdesk. The candidate will assist visitors, handle inquiries, coordinate announcements, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist mall visitors in a professional manner.
- Provide information regarding stores, offers, events, and mall facilities.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback efficiently.
- Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams for customer support.
- Maintain visitor records, lost & found register, and complaint logs.
- Assist during mall events, promotions, and weekend activities.
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Ensure helpdesk area is clean and presentable at all times.
- Support mall management in day-to-day administrative activities.
Requirements
- Any Graduate / Diploma holder.
- Experience in Reception, Front Office, Customer Service, or Helpdesk role.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil
- Pleasant personality with customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling).
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Salary
As per industry standards and experience.
Working Hours
Shift-based working schedule.
