We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Study Visa Counsellor to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding study opportunities in countries such as Canada, Australia, UK, New Zealand, USA, and Europe.
- Assess student profiles and provide suitable study and career guidance.
- Assist students with admissions, documentation, visa filing, and application processes.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
- Explain visa requirements, eligibility criteria, and immigration policies.
- Coordinate with universities, colleges, and partner institutions.
- Ensure timely completion of applications and maintain accurate records.
- Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the student journey.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Study Visa Counsellor, Education Counsellor, or Immigration Counsellor.
- Strong knowledge of study visa procedures and admission processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Strong counselling, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and team player.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an added advantage.
