About the Role
The Assistant Client Service Manager plays a vital role in supporting the successful
management and execution of client accounts at Mindshaft Media Pvt. Ltd. Acting as
the operational link between clients and internal departments, the role is responsible
for ensuring that campaign requirements are clearly understood, internal teams
remain aligned, and project deliverables are completed accurately and within
committed timelines.
Working closely with the Account Manager, the Assistant Client Service Manager
assists in coordinating multiple client accounts, preparing project plans, monitoring
campaign progress, maintaining regular client communication, and ensuring that all
deliverables meet the company's quality and governance standards. The role
requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage
multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism in every client
interaction.
The position also involves close collaboration with the Creative, Operations,
Production, and Finance teams to facilitate smooth campaign execution. The
Assistant Client Service Manager is expected to proactively identify potential risks,
communicate updates in a timely manner, resolve routine client concerns
independently, and escalate critical issues to the Account Manager whenever
necessary.
Success in this role is measured by consistent client satisfaction, timely campaign
execution, efficient internal coordination, accurate documentation, and strict
adherence to company policies and operating procedures. The Assistant Client
Service Manager is expected to maintain complete campaign records, support
budgeting and approval processes, and contribute towards delivering exceptional
client experiences that strengthen long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
● The Assistant Client Service Manager is responsible for supporting the
day-to-day management of assigned client accounts by maintaining regular
communication with clients, understanding campaign objectives, and ensuring
all project requirements are clearly documented and communicated to internal
stakeholders.
● The role assists the Account Manager in planning and executing marketing
campaigns, brand activations, promotional events, and client engagements by
coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of every
project milestone. It is expected to track campaign progress, monitor
deadlines, follow up with internal departments, and ensure that deliverables
are completed within agreed timelines and approved budgets.
● The incumbent prepares campaign briefs, presentations, status reports,
meeting minutes, project trackers, and other client documentation while
ensuring that all records remain accurate, organized, and audit-ready. The
role also supports client meetings by preparing agendas, capturing action
points, and following up on commitments until completion.
● The Assistant Client Service Manager works closely with vendors and internal
teams to coordinate execution activities, monitor project progress, and
address routine operational issues before they impact campaign delivery. Any
commercial, strategic, or client-sensitive matters requiring higher authority are
escalated promptly to the Account Manager.
● The role contributes towards maintaining strong client relationships through
responsive communication, proactive updates, timely resolution of routine
concerns, and consistent follow-through on commitments. It also supports
campaign reviews by collecting feedback, identifying improvement
opportunities, and documenting key learnings for future projects.
Additionally, the Assistant Client Service Manager is responsible for ensuring
compliance with all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), approval
processes, documentation standards, and governance requirements while
maintaining confidentiality of client information and company data at all times.
Required Skills & Competencies
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and stakeholder
management skills are essential.
● The candidate should demonstrate sound planning, problem-solving ability
while maintaining strong attention to detail.
A good understanding of brand activation, BTL marketing, event execution,
campaign management, and client servicing practices will be highly preferred.
Candidates should also be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly
Excel and PowerPoint, and should be comfortable preparing reports, presentations,
and campaign documentation.
Qualification & Experience
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing. A postgraduate qualification or MBA will be
an added advantage.
● The ideal candidate should possess 3–5 years of relevant experience in Client
Servicing, Account Management, Brand Activation, Advertising, Events,
Marketing Services, or a similar industry, with demonstrated experience in
handling client accounts, coordinating campaigns, and working with
cross-functional teams.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
