Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for an IoT and AI Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying customer requirements, providing technical solutions, and assisting in the sales process. Key tasks include offering product demonstrations, delivering technical support, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve business objectives. Building and maintaining strong client relationships will be a central aspect of this role.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Sales Engineering and Sales with a strong ability to consult and present technical solutions to clients
- Handling RFPs and Tenders
- Competency in Technical Support and Customer Service to address client needs effectively
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly language
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to meet client technical requirements
- Understanding of IoT, AI technologies, Digital transformation, and their application in industry
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience in the relevant industry minimum 2 years and maximum 4 years’ experience in the IOT presales and sales domain.
Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹190,000.00 per month
