The selected candidates will handle customer interactions through email support, chat support, backend operations, data handling, and CRM management while ensuring high customer satisfaction and quality service delivery.

The role includes working on domestic and international non-voice support processes such as customer care support, banking process, backend support, technical support, email handling, live chat support, complaint resolution, and client coordination operations.
Candidates will be responsible for resolving customer queries efficiently, maintaining accurate records, updating CRM systems, and ensuring timely issue resolution through professional written communication.
