Game Product Designer (UI/UX + Motion)

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and product-minded Game Product Designer to design engaging mini-games for our gaming platform. The ideal candidate should be comfortable designing game interfaces, player journeys, character animations, game environments and interactive motion experiences.
You will work on games such as:
- Crash-style games
- Risk vs Reward games
- Character-driven casual games
- Sports and fantasy-themed mini-games
This role combines UI/UX Design, Motion Design, Game Art, and Player Psychology.
ResponsibilitiesGame UX & Product Design
- Design intuitive and engaging game flows.
- Create wireframes, user journeys and high-fidelity game screens.
- Balance visual excitement with gameplay clarity.
- Design reward systems, progression mechanics and decision points.
Motion & Animation
- Create motion concepts for:
- Character animations
- Reward celebrations
- Success/failure states
- Loading and transition effects
- Define animation specifications for development teams.
- Prototype interactions using motion tools.
Character & Environment Design
- Design game characters with expressive emotional states.
- Create visual assets for:
- Characters
- Game worlds
- Obstacles
- Rewards
- Icons and collectibles
- Develop art styles suitable for mobile gaming audiences.
Game Feel & Player Engagement
- Improve player retention through visual feedback.
- Design anticipation, tension, excitement and reward moments.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to improve gameplay experience.
Developer Handoff
- Prepare production-ready design systems.
- Create animation guidelines and asset specifications.
- Maintain consistency across multiple mini-games.
Required SkillsMust Have
- 2-3 years experience in UI/UX, Game Design, Motion Design or related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing interactive products or games.
- Proficiency in:
- Figma
- Adobe Illustrator
- Photoshop
- After Effects
- Spine 2D
- Rive
