We are seeking a proactive and alert Monitoring Executive to oversee real-time operations and ensure smooth functioning of systems and processes. The role involves tracking activities, generating reports, escalating issues, and coordinating with teams for timely resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live operations/systems through dashboards or software
- Identify and report irregularities or issues promptly
- Maintain logs and prepare daily reports
- Coordinate with field teams and departments for updates
Qualifications:
- Graduate or equivalent
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, dashboard tools)
- Good observation, communication, and reporting skills
