Role Overview
The Junior Accounts Executive will assist in daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, and support accurate reporting and internal financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records and financial entries
- Record purchase, sales, and expense transactions
- Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger verification
- Help prepare financial statements and reports
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices and records
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial information
Key Skills & Requirements
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Working knowledge of Tally Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and communication skills
Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com
- Relevant accounting qualification
- CA Intermediate / CA Dropout
Experience
- 1–3 years in accounting or finance roles
