Medicine Sales Area Manager – Job Description** A Medicine Sales Area Manager is responsible for handling pharmaceutical sales operations in a specific area or territory. The role includes managing Medical Representatives (MR), increasing product sales, building strong relationships with doctors and chemists, and achieving monthly business targets. Responsibilities: * Manage and guide Medical Representatives (MR Team) * Increase medicine sales and market coverage * Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, and medical stores * Appoint distributors and maintain distributor relationships * Monitor daily field activity and sales reports * Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets * Conduct product promotion and market strategy planning * Train MR team for effective doctor communication * Ensure product availability in the market * Build strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals ### Required Skills: * Good communication and leadership skills * Knowledge of pharmaceutical products * Strong sales and marketing ability * Team handling and reporting skills * Confidence in doctor and chemist interaction Qualification: * Graduate / Pharma background preferred * Experience in pharmaceutical sales is an advantage Goal: To grow company business, increase prescriptions, and develop a strong pharmaceutical market network in the assigned area.
