We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our team. The role involves connecting with clients to pitch products, understand their requirements, and maintain strong follow-up communication. In addition, the candidate will support backend operations such as documentation and coordinating with banks for required documents.
Key Responsibilities:
· Client calling for product pitching and requirement gathering
· Lead generation through proactive outreach and follow-ups
· Client follow-up to ensure smooth communication and conversions
· Backend support including documentation and record maintenance
· Bank coordination for submission and collection of required documents
Requirements:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to handle client queries with professionalism
· Basic knowledge of MS Office and documentation processes
· Prior experience in tele calling or customer support preferred
