Role: Customer Support Executive
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our Nagpur office. You will be the first point of contact for clients , ensuring smooth communication at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails for client queries
- Maintain records and follow-up trackers in Excel/Google Sheets
- Respond to queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp professionally
- Handle basic data entry, MIS reports, and admin support tasks
Requirements
- Education: Any Graduate
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Good Excel knowledge required
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred
