SAP FI Senior Consultant
What You’ll Do
As an SAP FI Senior Consultant, you will:
- Lead and guide consultants as well as client personnel implementing SAP FI
- Lead analysis and design sessions to create requirements to develop client solutions
- Design, develop, and configure SAP FI functions to meet client business requirements, including integration points with other modules
- Manage and oversee the design and development of customized reports
- Provide general technical support for our clients and conduct training as required
- Assist with scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 8+ years of SAP FI experience, including end-to-end implementations
- At least 3 full lifecycle SAP FI projects covering design, configuration, integration, and testing
- Strong experience across SAP FI submodules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting
- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance
- Proven Team Lead experience
- Experience planning and facilitating client workshops (requirements, fit-gap, solution design)
- Working knowledge of SAP Activate and Agile delivery methodologies
- Hands-on capability across design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Willingness to support both implementation projects and AMS (production support) environments
- Flexible and adaptable, able to operate across multiple roles and project phases
- Strong client service orientation with ownership of deliverables and proactive risk management
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid model (remote and local office)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
