About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our design studio. The role involves working on residential and commercial architecture and interior design projects, assisting in design development, and supporting the team in delivering high-quality, practical, and aesthetically refined solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in architectural design, concept development, and presentation drawings
- Prepare working drawings, detailed plans, and 3D models
- Coordinate with senior architects and consultants for project execution
- Develop 3D visualizations and assist in rendering workflows
- Work on material selections, façade detailing, and interior layouts
- Conduct site visits and assist in project coordination when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and basic rendering tools (V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape / D5)
- Good understanding of residential planning and design principles
- Basic knowledge of construction drawings and detailing
- Strong visual sense and attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in architectural visualization and rendering
- Understanding of materials, finishes, and façade treatments
- Familiarity with interior design concepts
