About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Coordinator who can manage customer communication, handle leads efficiently, and ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to conversion.
This role is ideal for someone who is good at communication, follow-ups, and CRM handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads (calls, WhatsApp, website inquiries)
- Communicate with prospects and understand their requirements
- Share program/service details clearly and confidently
- Maintain and update CRM data regularly
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales/operations)
- Do regular follow-ups to convert leads into customers
- Resolve basic queries and escalate when needed
- Maintain a positive customer relationship
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills (Hindi + English)
- Basic knowledge of CRM / Excel / Google Sheets
- Good follow-up and persuasion skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
