Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant & Store In-Charge to support our finance and project operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing inventory and materials, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions in accounting software.
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, payment vouchers, and receipts.
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and cash management.
- Maintain petty cash records and expense statements.
- Assist in receiving, checking, and storing production materials
- Maintain proper records of material inward and outward
- Issue materials to site workers as per requirement
- Keep track of stock levels and report shortages
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting, inventory management, or store operations.
- Experience in the interior design, furniture, or contracting industry is preferred.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and accounting software Tally
- Knowledge of inventory management practices.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on performance)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
