Job Responsibilities:
Calling our Retailers for Verification
Follow up with customers for pending KYC documentation
Handle customer queries related to KYC process
Audit to KYC documents ensure accuracy and compliance
Required Skills:
Basic communication in Tamil/Hindi (preferred)
Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate
Prior experience in tele calling preferred (freshers can apply)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel)
