Job Title: Indian Chef / Tandoor Chef
Location: Rishikesh, Uttarakhand
Salary: Up to ₹20,000
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook Indian dishes and tandoor specialties as per standards.
- Ensure quality, taste, presentation, and portion control of all food items.
- Prepare tandoori breads, kebabs, tikkas, and other tandoor items.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain kitchen efficiency.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth operations and timely service.
- Follow recipes, SOPs, and management guidelines.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in Indian Cuisine and/or Tandoor section.
- Good knowledge of Indian cooking techniques, spices, and tandoor operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred: Immediate joiners.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
