Must Known Tool - UiPath (Orchestrator & RE framework) We are looking for a UiPath Support Engineer with hands-on experience in UiPath Orchestrator to monitor, support, and maintain RPA processes. The candidate will be responsible for bot monitoring, issue resolution, and ensuring smooth execution of automation workflows. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor bots and processes in UiPath Orchestrator 2. Handle bot failures and perform initial troubleshooting 3. Manage queues, triggers, and assets in Orchestrator 4. Restart jobs and resolve execution issues 5. Perform root cause analysis for bot failures 6. Coordinate with development team for bug fixes 7. Maintain documentation of incidents and resolutions 8. Support deployment activities 9. Work in shifts (if required) Required Skills: 1. Basic knowledge of UiPath Studio & Orchestrator 2. Understanding of RPA lifecycle 3. Experience in monitoring attended/unattended bots 4. Knowledge of queues, assets, triggers 5. Basic understanding of SQL (optional but preferred) 6. Good analytical and troubleshooting skills 7. Good communication skills Preferred Qualifications: 1. UiPath Certification (Associate level preferred) 2. Experience in L1 / L2 Support 3. Understanding of Windows scheduler & services
