About the Role
Pathfinder Educational Centre LLP is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Manager to oversee and manage multiple educational centres across West Bengal. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the EdTech or education sector, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development, school partnerships, marketing, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise multiple centres within the assigned geographical area.
- Drive business growth through lead generation and student enrollment initiatives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with schools, principals, and educational stakeholders for tie-ups and partnership opportunities.
- Develop and execute local marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and admissions.
- Monitor centre performance and ensure achievement of revenue and enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with centre teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, processes, and quality standards across all centres.
- Conduct regular visits to centres and provide operational support and guidance.
- Prepare and submit performance, revenue, and activity reports to management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in the EdTech, Education, Training, or Coaching Industry.
- Experience in managing multiple centres, branches, or territories will be preferred.
- Proven experience in school tie-ups, business development, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with educational institutions.
- Willingness to travel extensively across West Bengal.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, dedicated, and capable of managing operations smoothly and independently.
